Child Safety Standards
Hush is committed to protecting children and preventing any form of sexual exploitation
or abuse on our platform. This page outlines our published standards in line with
Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and applicable child protection laws.
Hush has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and any
form of Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSEA). Any user found to be creating,
uploading, sharing, soliciting, or distributing such content will have their account
permanently and immediately banned, and the relevant content and account information
will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
and/or other competent national and regional law enforcement authorities, as required
by applicable law.
Prohibited Content and Conduct
- Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors in any way.
- Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to establish inappropriate contact with a minor.
- Sharing, requesting, or linking to CSAM in any form, including through anonymous messages.
- Harassment, bullying, or coercion of any user, with heightened protection for minors.
- Impersonation of a minor for the purpose of exploitation.
Hush provides users with an easy, accessible "Report" option directly on every message
received. Reported content is reviewed by our moderation team as a priority. In
addition, Hush uses automated AI-based content filtering to proactively detect and
block abusive, toxic, or harmful messages before they are delivered.

Moderation and Enforcement
- All reported messages are reviewed by our moderation team.
- Confirmed violations result in immediate removal of the content.
- Accounts responsible for violations are permanently banned from Hush.
- Confirmed CSAM/CSEA cases are reported to NCMEC and relevant law enforcement authorities, in compliance with applicable laws.
- Hush cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations related to child safety.
Hush is intended for users aged 18 years and older. We do not
knowingly allow minors to create accounts. If we become aware that an account belongs
to a minor, the account will be removed.
